Report someone or something

You can report or block any user directly in the app — tap the ••• menu on any profile, stream, or message. Reports go to our moderation team. Suspected exploitation of a minor is reported to NCMEC / Cybertip.ca and preserved for law enforcement.

Coins & purchases

Coins are a consumable virtual item used inside Glow and are non-refundable. Purchases are handled by Apple; for billing issues see Apple’s billing support. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Account deletion

To delete your account and associated data, email support@glowsocial.app from your account email, or use in-app account settings. We honor deletion requests per our Privacy Policy.
